Conditions for Return

Mandatory Product Opening Video:
A clear and unedited video of opening the package is required for any return request.
- The video must show the full unboxing process and the watch in its original condition.
- Return requests without this video will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned watch is received and inspected by our team.
A ₹150 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping charges.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days post-verification.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain watches or accessories may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene or customization.
